· Go through each room in the house & take pictures
· Complete a Room Ready Handbook with recommendations from de-cluttering and de-personalizing to repairs that require attention
· Suggest possible furniture placement
· Advise client if additional small accessories are required to purchase or they can be rented from us
Complete Staging Package – from $250.00
· Supply boxes and pack clutter
· Stage existing furniture and accessories
· List and discuss any repairs that require attention
· List & discuss any other recommendations (ie: remove excess furniture)
· Advise client if additional small accessories are required to purchase or they can be rented from us
Interior Re-Design Services – from $250.00
